- Abstract: The article discusses how Geisinger Health System changed its care delivery model to increase quality and lower costs. The organization's initiative, the Geisinger Accelerated Performance Program (GAPP), and use of a Process Innovation, Perfect Execution or P.I.P.E. model, put a focus on supply chain logistics as well as clinical management.
