The article reports on the examination of the exposure risk in biosolids concerning the trace of organic chemicals (TOrCs). It cites a study which shows that human exposure to TOrCs in personal care and consumer products (PCCP) is abundant in household environment. It notes that the control of the effect of PCCP which has been proved effective for heavy metals is futile.
