    • Abstract:
This article deals with the stabilization of the internal wage rate structure in the U.S. in 1954. The author argues that a general wage increase policy is influential on the trends in the internal wage rate structure. In this regard, this research assessed the categories of the internal wage regulation in the country which include special job rate changes. In addition, the author also discussed the problems associated with the stabilization of the internal wage structure in the nation such as the liberalization of merit.
