      The article focuses on the study conducted by researchers at Weill Cornell Medical College regarding the affect of napping in sleep and cognitive function in healthy adults ages from 50 to 83. It states that the study has observed that the long time of naps of participants resulted on long time of sleep. Furthermore, it mentions that it has found out that napping increased the time spent in slow-wave and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep which are significant for body and brain restoration.
