      The article presents guidelines for several weight loss surgical procedures. Liposuction is best recommended for people with more fat than loose skin. Meanwhile, mini abdominoplasty is recommended for people with more loose skin than fat. It costs about 10,000 U.S. dollars and takes about two weeks to recover. Comprehensive abdominoplasty is recommended for people with an obvious and loose protrusion below the belly button or a tummy.
