      An interview with Steve Rayner, professor at the Said Business School at Oxford University, is presented. When asked about his connection in Shreveport and Bossier, Louisiana, Rayner refers to his task of developing the Oxford Program for the Future of Cities. He mentions that the idea of a successful case study is to leverage a strategic conversation about aspirations and possibilities. He adds that the Shreveport and Bossier have enormous potential for research.
