Social Media Grows Up.

An interview with Twitter co-founder Biz Stone is presented. When asked about which approaches to social media are most effective, Stone says that straightforward uses to social media are effective. Stone believes that businesses have to start slowly and react to what people are saying about a company. Stone hopes that social media will be less pervasive and that people will get sophisticated enough not to rely on computers to connect with other people.
