The article reports on the concept of conservatism in the United States' politics. Conservatives in the United States are the libertarians and the traditionalists. However, in Europe, the conservatives are headed by the monarchy and they oppose the liberal merchants of the burgher class. It also states that the libertarians and the traditionalists must learn from each other since the American concept of conservatism reside uneasily to libertarians and traditionalists.
