      The article reports that breast milk may provide genetic data that can be used to determine a woman's risk for breast cancer. An overview of research by environmental toxicologists at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, who analyzed the breast milk from 250 women who undergone a single breast biopsy to test whether swelling or a lump was benign or cancerous and found that methylation of tumor suppressor genes is an indicator for cancer is presented.
