The article presents information on the issues concerning the Asian carp. As stated, bighead and silver are two kinds of Asian carp, that weigh nearly 100 pounds and eat up to 20% of their weight in a day. Also mentioned is that Asian carp species aren't the only ones to threaten the biological and economic health of the Great Lakes in North America. Business consultant Lou Jul-lien says it is more costly than a rack of lamb in some Asian restaurants.
