      The article discusses a study concerning the comparisons of organizational constraints in two different countries such as the U.S. and China. It mentions that the surveys conducted to determine the level of job strains in cross-cultural work settings between such countries reveals that U.S. employees have more interpersonal constraints compared to their Chinese counterparts. An overview of the suggestions for future research and applications is also provided.
