The article discusses the study of entomologist Ernest Bay on Argentine pearlfish which can be used to control mosquitoes in flood and rice fields. It says that pearlfish kept the large areas in Argentina and Brazil free of mosquitoes by eating mosquito larvae. It tells that fish eggs were hatched by moistening which produces another fish generation that will control mosquitoes.
