      The article focuses on the difficulties of diagnosing brain injuries, which have caused insufficiency of measures to protect accident victims from the long-lasting effects of the insidius brain damage. It states that diagnosis for brain damage remains hard despite development of echoencephalography as one-third of blood clots patients are unaware of their condition. Meanwhile, doctor Ayub K. Ommaya notes that detection of head injuries are helpful to reduce death and disabilities in such injury.
