- Abstract:
The article examines what kind of music ex-Beatles member John Lennon could have written had he not been murdered in 1980. The author thinks Lennon could have been exposed to new musical influences to inspire his work to go in new directions. Lennon may have also produced more tracks along the lines of "Walking on Thin Ice" which were positively received in dance clubs, and could have reworked some of his Beatles hits creating some sort of "unplugged" versions of the songs instead of faithfully recreating them as they sounded on records.
