- Abstract:
Taking the titanium nanometer modified polymer as the main raw material, the titanium nanometer modified anticorrosion coating was developed to protect the drill tubing dipped in polymer-bearing sewage in Daqing Oilfield. The average particle size of titanium nanometer modified polymer was studied through TEM. The best raw material proportion of coating was determined through orthogonal experiments. The coating corrosion was studied through SEM. The distribution of titanium nanometer modified polymer in coating was investigated, and the drill tubing corrosion mechanism and the titanium nanometer coating protection mechanism were discussed. The results indicate that the coating has the best corrosion prevention effect with the titanium nanometer content of 6%, which can well protect the drill tubing dipped in polymer-bearing sewage in Daqing Oilfield, and finely bears the chemical reagent corrosion property.
