The article presents information about a research related to the development and examining of benchmarking performance measures for the extended enterprises. It informs that the research model has been constructed on 16 performance measures in eight categories including an online survey by questionnaire in China. Results of the survey indicate that the performance measures in the operation and customer categories are more important as compared to other factors.
