The article discusses the growth of sales for ready-to-drink teas due to the consumer's preferences for healthy beverages in the U.S. Meg Finn, director of the market research firm Iconoculture Inc., reveals that the market performance of ready-to-drink tea has grown by six percent in food, drug and mass merchandise retailers. Furthermore, the tea's reputation for health benefits along with its formulations of super fruits has also improved the category's health and functional claims.
