An article is presented that discusses the Pathway Home, a California treatment facility that offers services to veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and brain injuries. The nonprofit residential treatment center is designed to assist active and retired servicemen transition into civilian life. The article discusses how psychological trauma and brain injuries are treated with therapy and medication, noting the additional use of holistic treatments such as yoga and acupuncture. Information is also provided on daily life in the Pathway Home and the organization's management and funding.
