      The article discusses the results of the study on the security software used by Windows users running both AppRemover application, conducted by Opswat Inc. in the U.S. It was found that 42 percent of the English-speaking markets is composed of free utilities. Users were found to have more faith in the ability of free antivirus applications. The top security software deployments were Avast Free Antivirus, Avira Anti-Virus Personal Free Antivirus, and AVG Anti-Virus Free.
