    • Abstract:
The article presents a study which investigated a case of long term survival of primary skeletal muscle lymphoma with a right femoral muscle mass and anorexia in a miniature dachshund. Lymphoid cells containing a pleomorphic-shaped dense nucleus and narrow pale cytoplasm are described. The pleomorphic small cell type and T-cell low-grade primary skeletal muscle lymphoma were detected through immunohistochemical and genetic examinations. It states that the computed tomography (CT) scan revealed swelling of a right thigh and enlargement of the right femoral muscles.
