    • Abstract:
The article presents information about a research conducted by Ed Ritvo and colleagues at the University of California at Los Angeles Neuropsychiatric Institute, which states that high levels of serotonin in the blood may reflect similarly high levels of serotonin in the brains of autistic children. Both researchers and parents agree that some of the children are easier to teach and to live with after treatment.
