      One of the educational problems, which should be solved with the membership of Bugaria in the European Union, is the synchronization of the education in Technologies with those of the other European countries, improving of the educational technology and raising its quality and effectiveness. Changes in the educational plans and programs for secondary schools of general education in the range of the first stage (8th - l0th class) are accomplished by updating the educational contents of technological teaching. This would help young people in mastering theirs skills and knowledge in the contemporary world of techniques and technology as well as their future professional realization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
