      The article presents information on a revamped University system in Ohio. The plan was introduced in March 2008 and which seeks to increase enrollment at the state's higher education institutions by 230,000. The plan is adopting some strategies to increase student enrollment which include dual enrollment under which students will be allowed to enroll in courses at two-year and four-year institutions at the same time.
