    • Abstract:
The article discusses a study that highlights the expression of AnxA3 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). It cites the different processes being performed to determine the expression of AnxA3 in RCC. It notes that the tumor tissue samples of 51 patients are analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The said analysis has revealed the expression of cytokeratin and vimentin in RCC and cortex cultures. It also explores the expression of AnxA3 in RCC by electrophoresis analysis. The said analysis indicates the abundance of AnxA3 in the cortex cell cultures than in the RCC cultures. It suggests that clinicians have to learn the molecular and functional nature of AnxA3 isoforms for the management of their patients with RCC.
