It then notes the action taken by Dell to address the problem encountered by a user in acquiring a replacement for the hard drive of her Dell Inspiron 1420 laptop. In addition, the article informs that Hewlett-Packard is recalling about 54,000 lithium ion batteries used its laptop computers.
