      An essay is presented on the separation between the church and real wellness. It refers to Article 1, Section 4 of the Bill of Right under the Texas State Constitution, which corroborates on the separation of religion from state as efforts have been done to eliminate the odious constitutional perversions and beliefs. Moreover, a discussion on the principles of separation on the temptations of theocratic incursions is presented through the three principal sections of the Constitution.
