    • Abstract:
The article compares the diet and health activity patterns of Paleolithic humans to the way people eat in the present time. Early humans consume meat from wild animals that are rich in unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids while agricultural innovations changed the nutrient content of meat from domesticated animals. The biological structure of people has not changed even if one's food choices have evolved. It is also mentioned that Paleolithic people managed to burn the calories they consumed with physical activity.
