The article describes a study which discussed structures of compounds that are the product of the photocyclization of 2,4,6-triiso-propyl-4'-methoxybenzophenone. The research evaluated the geometrical parameters governing the potential for the photocyclization reaction occurring in crystals of 2,3,4,5,6-pentamethylbenzophene, C18H20O, 1,3-diphenylbutan-1-one, C16H16>O and 2,4,6-triisopropyl-4'-methoxybenzophene, C23H30O2.
