The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old male who presented to the emergency room with a complaint of worsening dyspnea. The patient's only known cardiovascular risk was a history of smoking. A transthoracic echocardiography showed a left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% and a large mobile inhomogeneous mass was seen originating from the left atrium (LA) while prolapsing into the left ventricle. The patient was diagnosed with primary leiomayosarcoma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
