      The article presents information on the campaign Sleepless San Diego, an initiative of the San Diego Rescue Mission, to increase awareness and funding for the homelessness in San Diego County. For the support of homeless stereotypes, education on homelessness is encouraged in schools. The fourth annual Sleep Out event to provide awareness regarding the issue will be held on April 24-25, 2010. An educational forum Sleepless Summit is planned to increase public awareness on the issue.
