SPORT PROJECT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT. (English)

Sport as a significant part of the human activities - in its all organizational aspects and functions is relatively unknown in our country. Not much attention has been paid to the education of the administration personal of the sport organizations. For that reason, in this paper we will present the recommendations as well as the example of the creation and the management of the sport projects, which help the development of the constant link with the community, sources of finance and governing bodies. Sport kao značajna oblast ljudske aktivnosti - u svim svojim organizacionim aspektima i funkcijama je kod nas, relativno neistražena. Posebno je zanemaren odnos i obuka ljudi koji pripadaju administrativnom dijelu sportskih organizacija. Zbog toga u ovom radu, iznosimo preporuke i prikaz izrade i upravljanja projektima u sportu, kojima se razvija trajna veza sa zajednicom, izvorima finansiranja i organima vlasti.
