    • Abstract:
Chapter 12 of the book "A Question of Trust" is presented. It explores the basic rules of trust building. It says that self-trust is a critical factor in creating trust and to earn trust one must also give it to others. It also observes that exploiting power in organizations creates problems for the future and misses opportunities in the present, whereas trust provides a firmer foundation for the future and more easily creates, recognizes and maximizes opportunities.
