      The article reports on the new award to be given at the Health Ingredients Europe show in 2010 which is known as the Ethical BioTrade Award for Biodiversity. According to Rik Kutsch Lojenga, executive director of the Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT), they are searching for companies who do active farming and sourcing of ingredients from their natural environment. Further, he states that the winner in the innovation category may be an exporter who pushed biodiversity-friendly sourcing practices.
