- Abstract:
The article discusses the rulings of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Ethics Committee regarding practices of solicitors. According to the committee, an attorney with a limited power of attorney is not allowed to view or accept a will prepared by a firm. Reporting of unpaid professional fees and disbursements by clients should be reported by a firm if it has no options left.
