      The article reports on the reformation of national health-care system which advocates the use of electronic records in the U.S. It is noted that the National Academies' Institute of Medicine (IOM) calls for the implementation of nationwide health IT system to keep the unnecessary use of medications which cause ,according to them, 44,000 to 98,000 Americans' death due to misuse of medications. It is cited that the objective of the health-care system is to allow medical centers to exchange medical files of patients. It is said that Boston Medical Center (BMC) has already implemented the networking system through the 5.5 million dollar project from an anonymous donor.
