The article discusses the Aviation Transformation Plan of the U.S. Army Aviation which is developed to improve capabilities to meet current and future full-spectrum avaition requirements. It notes that an analysis which include the integration of lessons learned from recent operations and assets to Combat Aviation Brigades (CAB) is the basis of the plan. It is stated that both Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and manned systems are integrated by these brigades to enhance operational fires.
