      The author cites and reflects on the research challenges faced by sophomore student Liw Ekdab in doing his research paper. A letter from Ekdab stating his sentiments over the lack of information sources libraries provide for the topic of his research paper which is about the looting of the Iraq National Museum of Baghdad during the Iraq War in 2003 and the limited availability of data Google Scholar and Google Books provide. The author also cites some of the lessons learned from the experience of Ekdab.
