Introduction: Gingival fibromatosis is frequently an isolated condition but rarely associated with certain illnesses, or uncommon syndromes. Case: This work describes a young patient presenting cherubism, with perturbed consciousness and very hyperplastic gingiva covering the major part of the dental crowns.
