The article focuses on issues related to the adoption of open source software (OSS) by enterprises in Hong Kong, China. Sunny Lee, executive director of Hong Kong Jockey Club, enumerates the advantages of implementing OSS, including the low cost of entry, no license fees and easy marketing.
