This article presents an interview with author and anthropological explorer Dan Buettner. When asked about his concept of adventuring, Buettner replies that most things sold as expeditions are only stunts and opines that adventure should increase one's knowledge. He stresses on the importance of social groups in molding a person's lifestyle and thinking and suggests that one should avoid eating meat for healthier living.
