The article focuses on the presence of police brutality and crime of black men in the U.S. It highlights cases as evidence of police crimes including the shot of two an innocent black men by police wherein the other one died and the other survived, the death of a seventeen-year-old black high school athlete in a traffic stop in Lucedale, Mississippi, and the death of twenty-year-old Oscar Grant at the hand of a white transit authority officer in Oakland, California. It notes a suggestion for prosecutors, jurors, and judges to revoke the license of the police to kill, which was granted in line with the former's failure in the indictment and conviction in various cases, and the need for them to be trained to abandon or control profiles inclined to use during interactions with minorities.
