She mentioned contacting support from the software provider which instructed her of running test on the program so the problem can be easily detected but she received no response after that. Meanwhile, a voluntary recall of ThinkVision speaker AC adapters was announced by Lenovo and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission due to a shock hazard.
