      The article reports on the argument expressed by mental health organizations concerning the decline of funds provided for mental health services in Ohio under its budget for 2010-2011. It reveals that under the budget, mental health service will only receive $485.4 million in 2010 and $495.4 million in 2011. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the Council of Behavioral Healthcare state that the decreased budget will affect the provision of mental health services across the state.
