      The article discusses the use of the Fiddler in debugging the Interwebs in the U.S. The author states that Fiddler is a web debugging proxy which records all the Secure-hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) traffic between the Internet and the computer. He adds that the scheme is also used in all applications which support proxying and can be easily installed.
