    • Abstract:
The article offers information on Turkey's Capital Markets Board's (CMB's) new communiqué on borrowing instruments. The Principles Regarding Registration of Borrowing Instruments with the Board and Sale of Such Instruments was released by CMB on January 21 2009. The standard helps to reduce the volume of the current stock of communiqué. Bonds, convertible bonds, financing bonds, precious metal bonds, bank bonds and other capital market instruments are defined as borrowing instrument. CMB has the right to register any other unnamed kind of borrowing instrument without enacting a new legislative provision.
