      The article reports on the claim of plant breeder Matthew Clarke that the semi-dwarf hybrid oilseed rape varieties could mark the most significant development for oilseed rape growers in Great Britain. According to Clarke, they are noted for their low biomass conventional varieties, such as Canberra. Clarke added that the DK Secure is the first in a line of low biomass hybrids in Monsanto's Dekalb oilseed rape breeding programme.
