      The article presents the author's comments on Detroit, Michigan's mayoral campaigns. The author feels surprised as the campaign has been better than most. He hopes that citizens of Detroit realize the importance of votes and feels that one of the reasons for this is there are too many registered voters who don't belong on the voter rolls. The author thinks that the outcome of May 5, 2009 mayoral election would be fascinating.
