A bírálatok a használók számára fontos kezelőfelülettel, keresőrendszerrel, tantalommal és metaadatokkal foglalkoznak. Az éntékelések egyrészt segítséget nyújtanak a rendszerek minél eredményesebb használatához, másrészt felhívják a fejlesztők és a karbantartók figyelmét a szolgáltatás hiányosságaira, a jövőbeli minőségi javítások érdekében.
