KOLSTAD GIFT TO YOUTH.

KOLSTAD, Kenneth; KOLSTAD, Mildred

This article reports that the estate of Kenneth and Mildred Kolstad, who both passed away in 2007, have donated $22,650 to the Soaring Society of America's (SSA) Kolstad fund in October 2008. The fund provides yearly college grants to American soaring pilots who achieved major landmarks of flying and service by the age of twenty. Particular focus is given to the Kolstad family's involvement in the sport.
