It discusses the largest Swiss bank, USB, a U.S. depositor named Igor Olenicoff, and a U.S.-born Swiss banker, Bradley Birkenfeld. It likens Birkenfeld and his coworkers to recruiters who marketed to the U.S. rich and traveled and maneuvered in the fashion of spies. USB's records on American depositors were subpoenaed and UBS has admitted to violating U.S. law.
